Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products (with logo or special printing)
- Products without proof of purchase
- Hygiene-related products
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing not due to Lankapack’s error
Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are LKR 500. For larger quantities (over 5 cartons), an additional charge of LKR 1,000 may apply based on the weight of the return.

If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 working days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your card provider, as it may take some time to process. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lankapack.com
Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Items on sale, promotions, or special discounts cannot be refunded
Order Cancellations
For orders canceled before being dispatched from our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. If the order has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of LKR 500 will apply.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@lankapack.com. If we have made an error in shipping, we will cover all costs related to correcting the issue.
